Safety in the era of COVID-19
Fully vaccinated!
I received the 2023-2024 COVID vaccine by Novavax on 10/15/23.
I previously received the Moderna vaccine, with doses on 12/29/20 and 1/26/21,
followed by booster on 10/28/21 and bivalent booster on 9/10/22.
I complete a COVID-19 rapid antigen test prior to leaving home for a lactation consult.
I wear a high quality mask.
I encourage you to maximize ventilation and air quality with open windows or air purifiers.
I encourage everyone over 2 years old wear a mask that covers nose and mouth while I am in the home.
Upon arrival to a home, I take off my shoes at the door, wash my hands well with soap and water, and dry with a clean towel.
I stay home if I am feeling at all sick.
I am fully vaccinated for pertussis (Tdap), seasonal influenza, measles, mumps, rubella, pneumococcal disease,
hepatitis A and B, polio, diphtheria, and typhoid. I am tested annually for tuberculosis. I have received one dose of Jynneos smallpox vaccine.
In any interaction between people, there is some degree of risk. I take these measures to minimize that risk.
Feeding babies is essential work.
